How I Actually Use It
Think Of It As A Clock
Twelve at the top, six at the bottom, three and nine on either side. That is your whole map.
4 to 8 o'clock
Two pumps on your thumb. Place it inside at the bottom and do a slow sweeping massage from four around to eight. About thirty seconds, maybe less.
12 o'clock
Two more pumps. Insert gently and place it right at twelve. Be very gentle here. This is delicate tissue and it is the spot almost everyone forgets.
Two pumps in the AM, two pumps in the PM. That is the whole ritual, and it takes under a minute a day.
