# Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Rootganic holds about you. This page explains how to make that request and what happens after we receive it.

## What data we may hold

Depending on how you have interacted with Rootganic (rootganic.com, health.rootganic.com, pelvicpainrelief.com, isaherrera.com), we may hold some or all of the following:

- Account details: name, email, shipping address, phone number
- Order history and purchase records
- Email marketing preferences and engagement history
- Website usage data collected via cookies and analytics
- Customer support conversations
- Course or membership access records for PelvicPainRelief.com users

## How to request deletion

Send an email to **david@pelvicpainrelief.com** with:

1. Subject line: **Data Deletion Request**
2. The email address associated with your account
3. Your full name
4. Any order numbers, account IDs, or usernames you can recall (helps us locate every record tied to you)

We accept requests from the account holder or their authorized legal representative.

## What happens next

Within 5 business days we confirm receipt of your request by email.

Within 30 days we complete the deletion across every system that stores your personal data: our storefront (Shopify), our email platform (Klaviyo), our WordPress and course platform (LearnDash), and our internal reporting databases. We notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

## What we may need to retain

Certain records must be kept to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations:

- Transaction records required by tax authorities, typically for 7 years
- Records required by our payment processors for chargeback and dispute review
- Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you personally

Retained records are removed from marketing use and are accessible only to comply with legal requirements.

## If you connected a Meta account (Facebook or Instagram)

If your data reached Rootganic through a Facebook or Instagram connection and you later remove that connection through Meta, Meta notifies us and we process the deletion automatically. No separate email required.
