Meet Isa Herrera, MSPT, CSCS, Your Pelvic Health Expert

When I experienced my own pelvic and bladder issues 21 years ago, I was shocked by the lack of natural solutions and the outdated advice I received—even from my own doctor.

Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way—using bodywork, exercises, and breathwork to heal myself."

That’s when I became determined to make sure other women didn’t have to struggle the way I did.

I'm Isa Herrera, MSPT, an integrative pelvic therapist with over 22,000 successful healings and the author of 5 books on pelvic health.

After struggling with my own pelvic health issues and realizing how little information was available to women, I made it my life’s mission to empower women to take control of their pelvic health.

I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, strong, and in control of her body, without relying on invasive treatments.

I take an integrative, holistic approach that combines physical therapy with proven bodywork, breathwork, and exercises.
